Dan spent 12 years in the military as a fighter jet mechanic before transitioning to a career in technology as a software engineer and then a manager. He was the Chief Architect at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners leading their technical and cultural transformation. He's now leading RSA Archer as their Chief Architect in their cloud migration and conversion to SaaS. Dan is also an organizer of DevOps KC and the DevOpsDays KC conference.

Serhat helps teams build better on-call and incident response practices at Atlassian, Opsgenie. He is part of the Devopsdays core team and runs many local events in Turkey including Devopsdays İstanbul. He is also interested in cloud things and an AWS Community Hero.

Sun Zhenpeng has been actively working the field of IT Management Practices and Frameworks. He has international business mangement background with EMBA from Rotterdam School of Management. Mr Sun is the founder of IT Management Best Practice Alliance in China. he is currently working for EXIN as Director for Asia. Over the past 15 years, he introduced and contributed many IT Management publications, Certifications , such as ITIL, DevOps, VeriSM , development in China.
In 2017, with the support of international organizers, he initiated and organized the first DevOpsDays in Beijing China and till today he has been involved in organizing all past 6 DevOpsDays event in China.
